Enjoy Premium email and cloud on your Apple device

Would you like to upgrade to mail.com Premium right on your iPhone or iPad? The first step is to install our mobile email and cloud app. If you haven’t done this yet, click the link to the Apple App Store above to download and install it for free. Next, open the app and type in your mail.com email address and password to get started. Not a mail.com member yet? Tap Register and follow the instructions to create a free email account. Once you have a set up a mail.com freemail account in the mobile app, you can continue with the Premium upgrade as follows:

  1. Tap the menu symbol in the upper left corner
  2. Tap "Mail Upgrades"
  3. Select your Premium plan
  4. Confirm your purchase when prompted

Congratulations! You can now enjoy the many benefits of mail.com Premium. Your Premium membership can be cancelled monthly – but we’re pretty sure you’ll want to keep it forever!

Upgrade your mail.com Cloud Storage

Maybe you don’t need any extra email features, but wish you had more secure online storage for your photos and documents? We’ve got you covered: Once you have our our mobile app installed on your Apple device, you can sign up for one of our Cloud upgrades as an in-app purchase. Here’s how it works:

  1. Tap the menu symbol in the upper left corner
  2. Tap "Cloud Upgrades"
  3. You can upgrade your mail.com Cloud to 25, 150, or 250 GB
  4. Swipe to the screen with your preferred option, then tap the blue button on the bottom of the screen that lists the upgrade price
  5. Confirm your purchase when prompted

Now you can use your additional Cloud storage space for your photos, files, and more! They'll be available on any device where you are logged into your mail.com account and connected to the internet.

mail.com Premium in our Mail App for Android

Premium upgrades for email and cloud

Our users love the convenience of having their emails and cloud storage right at their fingertips in a single app on their Android device. And now you can enjoy the benefits of our Premium email and cloud service as an in-app subscription – or get up to 250GB of online storage by upgrading your Cloud.

If you don’t yet have our free Mail App on your Android device, click the Google Play Store button above to download and install it. Enter your mail.com email address and password – or if you don’t have a free mail.com account yet, tap "Register" and complete the sign-up process. You’ll now be asked if you’d like to synchronize your mail.com contacts and calendar and activate automatic photo backup – you can set up those functions now or tap "Activate Later" to keep your options open. Tap "Go to my inbox" to end the setup process.

Now you’re ready to sign up for mail.com Premium – it only takes a few taps:

  1. Tap the Email tab at the bottom of the screen
  2. Open the menu in the top left corner
  3. Locate mail.com Premium at the bottom of the menu screen and tap "Upgrade options"
  4. The button at the bottom of the upgrade screen will show the monthly subscription price. Tap this button to continue to check-out.
  5. On the next screen, confirm your purchase

Now you can enjoy all the benefits of mail.com Premium! And it’s easy to manage your subscription – just go to your Subscriptions on Google Play.

Get a mail.com Cloud storage upgrade

If you’re happy with your free email features but would like the convenience of additional online storage right in your email account, you can sign up for one of our Cloud upgrades. Get 25, 150, or a whopping 250 GB of storage in the secure mail.com Cloud in just a few taps:

  1. Tap the Cloud tab at the bottom of the screen
  2. Open the menu in the top left corner
  3. Locate Cloud Upgrade at the bottom of the menu screen and tap "Upgrade options"
  4. Swipe through the upgrade packages until your reach your desired storage amount. Tap the button showing the monthly subscription price to continue to check-out.
  5. On the next screen, confirm your purchase

Now you can get started enjoying all that online storage! Your cloud folders, photos, and files will be available on any device where you are logged into your mail.com account and connect to the internet.
