Open the context menu by right-clicking on the folder or file you’d like to share. Click “Create share” to generate a share link. You can now copy this link and send it to any recipient(s) you like. The recipient(s) can use the share link to view and download the shared content, but they cannot upload their own content. Good to know: By default, the share link is valid for one year.
Synchronized files are generally also available offline for the duration of your session unless you have marked them as “Only available online”.
To make a folder or file available offline on your device at all times, right-click on the desired folder or file and then click “Make available offline”. A white check mark on a green background indicates that the content is now available offline until further notice.
If no browser window opens after installation, click on the Cloud icon in the taskbar and then on “Open connection”. Now log in to the browser with your usual mail.com login credentials. The initial synchronization will start, as indicated by the synchronization arrow in your taskbar.
